Ця скульптура присвячена воїну, який прихилив коліно перед українським прапором. 
Щоб розгледіти цю скульптурку, потрібно також прихилити коліно – вона спеціально встановлена на такій низькій висоті. 
Нова скульптура "Герої" з'явилась на Аскольдовій могилі, де у 19-му столітті був некрополь відомих киян, були могили героїв Крут, а зараз – це місце нових героїв:Наразі на Аскольдовій могилі є чотири поховання часів незалежної України:
- Герой України Олександр Клітинський — учасник Революції гідності, один із Небесної сотні;- Герой України Дмитро Коцюбайло — командир 1 ОМБ «Вовки Да Вінчі»;- кавалер ордена Данила Галицького Марко Паславський — солдат резервного батальйону «Донбас» Нацгвардії України, загинув у ході під час визволення Іловайська;- кавалер ордена «За мужність» III ступеня Андрій Пільщиков — український військовий льотчик із позивним «Джус».
Розгледіти скульптуру, можна лише якщо встанеш на одне коліно. Саме для цього скульптура встановлена нижче, на рівні очей людини, що схилилася перед героями.
Уперше в скульптурки немає одного мецената: цього разу всі меценати проєкту «Шукай!» об'єднались і подарували місту цю пам'ятку, а зібрані кошти, 450 тис. гривень, будуть передані підрозділу «На щиті». На ці гроші підрозділ придбає колеса і мастила для автівок, які доставлятимуть полеглих героїв додому. 

Heroes

This sculpture is dedicated to the soldier who kneels in front of the Ukrainian flag. To view the sculpture, one should kneel as well. It is specially installed at such a low height.

The recently installed sculpture Heroes appeared at the Askold Grave, the site of a prominent Kyivan necropolis from the 19th century. There used to be graves of Kruty Heroes, and now new heroes rest here.
Currently, there are four burials from the times of independent Ukraine at the Askold grave:

- Hero of Ukraine: Oleksandr Klitynskyi, a participant in the Revolution of Dignity, one of the Heavenly Hundred.
- Hero of Ukraine, Dmytro Kotsiubailo, commander of the 1st Mechanised Brigade Da Vinci Wolves.
- Knight of the Order of Danylo Halytskyi, Marko Paslavskyi, was a soldier of the Donbas reserve battalion of the National Guard of Ukraine who died in the Battle of Ilovaisk.
- Knight of the Order for Courage of the Third Class, Andrii Pilshchykov, a Ukrainian military pilot with the call sign Juice.

Only if you get down on one knee will you be able to admire the sculpture. It is for this reason that the sculpture is installed at the eye level of the person bowing in front of the heroes.

For the first time, there is not just one patron for the sculpture; instead, this time all the patrons of the project Shukai came together to present the sculpture to the city. The money that has been raised will be given to the division "Na shchyti" (On the shield).

With this money, the division will purchase wheels and lubricants for vehicles that will transport fallen heroes back to their homes.
